I’ve had no problems with it at all, actually. It did exactly what I needed, so I’m happy with it...

I had a bit of a problem with my order, at the beginning I was a little frustrated because I didn’t hear back as quickly as I was hoping to. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but when you’ve placed an order and something goes wrong, you naturally want a fairly quick update so you know what’s happening.

Once the support team did get back to me, though, they were friendly and actually helpful. They explained what had gone wrong, answered my questions clearly, and sorted the issue out without making me jump through loads of hoops, which I definitely appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars because it did take a bit of chasing on my side, and that part could have been smoother. But in the end the problem was fixed, the support was decent once they responded, and I’d probably be happy to use A4 again.

I was really relieved when the box arrived looking neat and everything inside was perfectly safe. Nothing was damaged at all, which made me feel like they really took care packing it.

Every time I find something I actually like, the size I need is out of stock. Super fun little guessing game, really. Would be great if they stocked more of the sizes people actually buy.

I had to follow up with them twice before my refund finally came through. The whole thing felt slower than it should’ve been, their tone didn’t make it seem like they were in much of a hurry to help.

For some reason, the colors came out looking different from what I expected. They didn’t really match how they appeared before, so I was a bit disappointed.

I ordered a shirt from a4.com the fabric was NOT comfortable. After wearing it for maybe 10 minutes, it started feeling scratchy on my skin, which was disappointing.
I gave it a wash hoping it might soften up, but nope, still stiff and annoying to wear. Definitely not something I’d reach for again, and I wouldn’t buy it another time.

The messages were easy to understand overall. Compared to some others I’ve seen, they felt more straightforward and didn’t leave me guessing much.
